PROCESSORS

  • Excellent communication skills with solid organization skills & attention to detail are required.
  • Must know how to pre-qualify a borrower and be extremely familiar with Computers, Calyx Point, DU / LP, Templates in Calyx such as Borrower Master, Closing Costs Scenario, etc.
  • Must be able to put together Good Faith Estimates, and pay very very very close attention to detail. Prior experience working for a company that brokers out all loans is highly preferred however not required.
  • Must have Good Credit and Successfully Pass Stringent Employment & Background Checks as well as be able to work / function independently (from home) or in a team oriented environment.
  • Real Estate or Mortgage License strongly preferred however NOT Required. Minimum 1 to 2 years verifiable experience in the mortgage industry and must be LOCAL to Broward County, Florida.
